If you follow them, you'll find the map to unlock The Kind Old Gentleman stage. If you interact with her she'll start by saying "Hel." but gets interrupted when an older Teatan drags her away and thanks you for finding his daughter. Continuing the main path, you'll see a Teatan child with a blue star above her head. Going south from the sign and towards the area, where you defeated Harvester, you can open a shortcut and you'll find two miss-able purple coins.
